Yes, yes, yes to all of this. I would also hydrate before, during, and after. If you’re going to a show someplace where it will be hot and humid - take that seriously. It’s not just the sunscreen but the hydration you’ll need. Water inside the venue will be expensive so plan for that in case you don’t get to take outside water in. You can also buy small umbrellas, and that will help if you’re going to a location that’s hot and humid.
