not bad, but only let your hands drop as far as your hinge. it looked like you stopped hinging when the dumbbells were right past your knees so stop there and come back up. dont keep reaching for the floor. keep at it! 💪💪💪

You don’t need to lower the weights all the way to your ankles! Stop when you feel the best stretch, typically right below your knees. Remember to hinge your hips first and keep your gaze forward with a neutral spine
