If I had a nickel for every time a person had a PB4WEGO plate for an amount of years that is a multiplier of 5, only for then the DMV tell them to destroy it, and then the governor of their state helped them keep it... I would have 2 nickels. Which isn't a lot, but it's REALLY weird that it happened twice
