おそらく店員さんは、「温めておいて」という言葉に対して、自分が下に見られていると感じてしまったのだと思います。 失礼な言い方だと受け取ったのではないでしょうか。 店員さんとしては、「温めてください」や「温めをお願いします」と言ってほしかったのだと思います。
