Fold over to form a triangle shape, sealing the final flap with the flour paste. 15. Heat oil in a deep pan to medium-high heat (350°F /175°C). 16. Fry sambusas in batches until golden brown and crispy (2-3 minutes per side). 17. Remove and drain on paper towels.
