Tax unrealised gains or tax loans that the rich get when they use shares as collateral it’s that simple. Governments choose not to do this.

Except the bank charges 5% per year which is more than the tax in six years. Also if the shares drop I price the bank sells them triggering the tax anyway

How can your yearly accumulation of monthly payments on large loan(s) cost less than the taxes, when you are not completely illuminating having to pay taxes? Does this depend on the state you live in?

Nobody ever makes this make sense... A loan requires Repayments, repayments require income. Income attracts taxes.

I get paid in shares, but I'm forced to sell them to cover the tax of their value.

I've never understood this. Does the bank cash in a profit when the billionaire dies?

When you own a major share of stocks of the banks and corporations you do business with, it is easy to get what you want on the terms you want.

seems fair as he's just increasing his debt.
remember when it's spent you then start collecting tax.
it also assumes every share goes up in value. what about if those shares that decrease in value oh then increase oh then decrease again. system would be a nonsense.
applaud the success and let the super rich spend their money. creates jobs to build yachts, cars, houses.

This is all bullshit if you work out the interest rate which will not be super low..at least 3 points above base. Then compound the interest repayments you end up with not much benefit especially as eventually you will have to settle the loans by selling stocks realising gains. It’s just a lefty fallacy
