Elegoo purposefully delayed their multicolor addon to try to push a proprietary, more expensive second model of their centuri carbon with a secretly developed multicolor unit. Us consumers were left in the dark on this and lead on continuously when placing our pre-orders for the first model. I have had nothing but extruder problems, whirring noises (which I found out when they actually a faulty motherboard cooling fan that just broke) and inconsistent prints. To top it all off, Elegoo will not honor the warranty for any of this. Now to get the required equipment to fix this actual garbage, I’m stuck paying $15 for a part AND the same amount in shipping just to fix the piece of shit. Thanks for being an absolutely horrible brand!

Had an issue with my mars 5 ultra network errors and resin vat exceeded errors. I need the ability to start a print regardless of resin vat so that error doesnt effect me again cos i have lost my mind

saturn 16k 10\/10 Jupiter 2 2/10 to many failed prints wish I read the reviews before dropping 1000 i thought it was sold because of the saturn was even going to have my family member buy it Elegoo can I get compensation for wasted resin and time
