So? If you like the character, then what does it matter that he's not tier 0? Billy will definitely holds a solid position in Tier 0.5 Just say you want the content to be easy. Billy has a good kit, he's not weak.

they do this every single time it's so strange banyue releasing as fire rupture despite manato dropping earlier, Haru being free and overshadowed by sanby shortly, Hugo got completely screwed over by thr next patches Miasma mechanic and dropped just before yi xuan a void hunter level char, Lighter wasnt completely cooked but was still released just before a VH lol

People are misinterpreting the video. yes I will pull Billy and I will use him against bosses that are phys resistant because I play for pure fun, he is my favorite character in all off zzz. and that's why I genuinely wished S rank Billy was stronger, I love him so I WANTED him to be better, it's not that I only play meta but sometimes I wish my favorite character wasn't subpar. btw I don't even have anyone to team with him I got only Manato as a rupture agent, I'm fucked
