You are here because you can feel the decay of your own potential and that disgust you are trying to meditate away is the only honest thing left in you. Stop suppressing it. Disgust clarifies. it holds a mirror right to your face. It burns the excuses you have been accumulating for years. You have been so easy on yourself that your own mercy has trapped you. You forgave yourself before you earned it. Accepted yourself before you became someone worth accepting. Now you’re living a life that feels comfortable enough to stay in and far too small to actually live in. You have been calling this "peace" when the reality is it’s just the absence of standards. Instead of listening to the hatred, you numb it. You distract yourself. But it will always come back when you slow down. You try to love yourself. But you do this by chasing validation from others. You are applying bandages to a wound that needs proper surgery. The hatred never does dissolve. It just builds up. So use the hatred. Don’t sit and whine and feel sorry for yourself. Let the disgust become so absolute that staying the same becomes more agonizing than the pain of transformation. Let the vision of five more years of this shit, the same excuses, the same stagnation, the same desperation, become so unbearable that forward motion is no longer a choice but a matter of survival. You need a future so dark that you would rather bleed building a new one than sleepwalk into the old one. Let the life you refuse to live haunt you. Chase you. Breathe down your neck. Then burn that disgust as fuel until the only thing remaining is someone you no longer need or want to hate. The flame consumes the candle. That is the deal. @newmentalities
