From no cast iron gonna last you 120 years. They probably replaced it twice by then. 60 is the max those pipes last.

the Romans used lead for pipe knowing it was toxic to humans, however they also knew that over time the inner layer of pipe would build up a crust of minerals (limescale) that would effectively jacket the lead and lock the contamination safely behind it

That one doesn’t look so bad, I’ve seen them 1/2 closed with calcium scale. Looks like cast, I don’t see the concrete liner, probably under 50 years old.
