Great info and can’t wait for the shopping guide. What kind of bath towels do you recommend that stay soft? I know the washing is very important to keep the towels soft but initially is hard to choose as both cheaper and more expensive feel soft at the shop

my biggest issue currently is the 'easy care/sof touch' or whatever they call it bedding. It's so common and it's just around a 60% polyester / 40% cotton blend. It used to be so much easier and more affordable to buy pure cotton bedding! Even supermarket bedding used to be 100% cotton, now that's almost non existent.

I’m desperate to understand this better, I just don’t understand how to tell if something is long staple, or short staple cotton? Whether it be clothes (I have Garment Goddess 🙏) or sheets, I don’t understand how to tell the difference. I can’t do it by eye 😭

That’s interesting, thank you 😊 They’re pricey but I buy my sheets from John Lewis - yes, they’re dear, but they last for YEARS, start off beautifully soft and they stay that way.
