Ingredients: 4 eggs 1 cup sugar (200g) 2/3 cup sunflower oil (150 ml) Zest of 2 lemons 1/2 cup lemon juice (120 ml) 5 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (760g) 2 tbsp baking powder (24g) Powdered sugar Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). 2. In a bowl, mix eggs, sugar, oil, lemon zest, and lemon juice. 3. In a separate bowl, combine flour and baking powder, then add to the wet ingredients. 4. Mix until you get a soft, sticky dough. 5. Roll into golf ball-sized pieces, then toss in powdered sugar. 6. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. 7.
