But exercise alone is not enough. To maximize your results, make sure you’re also getting enough sunlight, adding vitamin D3, zinc, magnesium glycinate, L-citrulline, choline, and ashwagandha into your routine, eating clean whole meals, lifting weights at least 3 times per week, and going for a run or long walk 2 times per week . Most importantly, get 7–9 hours of quality sleep every night because recovery is where your body rebuilds, your hormones improve, and your performance gets stronger. Stay consistent with this routine and give your body the right environment to improve.
