Guys I was vegetarian growing up and was completely healthy, there are vegetarian substitutes for EVERYTHING - I wasn’t missing a protein.

I don't think the children will ever be allowed to make an informed choice cos they only getting one side of the diet not both.. How will they know the difference to decide one way or the other.

I did a little note in my sons lunch box once saying … “have a good day ❤️“ and I was told by his teacher we shouldn’t do it because apparently it distracts them from eating 😭
