I did this when my baby was maybe a month old. Works wonders. If they’ve been fed, changed, rocked and still upset o did this! They feel what you feel. So if you can calm yourself down; they can calm themselves down.

If mom is anxious then baby will feel that energy. So do what you gotta do to self regulate so that you can be there for your baby. This is a great idea!
