I promise you, if you try this, there is no going back. I usually have it on it own for breakfast, but this morning I'll be having it with a jar of smoothie, couldn't show that in this video as I was rushing to work. If you're looking to incorporate more protein in your meals, this is definitely for you. It is high in protein. For 8 muffins I used: * 8 eggs * Salt & pepper * Mixed veggies * 1/4 spring onions * 1cup Bell peppers *A sprinkle of crunch peppers Just mix, pour into a muffin tray, bake at 180°C for 15-20 min and you're done!
