Had an NPC who was part of the fight. He was intended as a built in physical barrier to keep the party from getting overwhelmed by a boss since they were essentially fighting 3 bosses for story and over the table reasons… 3 nat 1s when attacking and 2 Nat 20s when getting attacked. Yeah that NPC didn’t do much that fight

Little brother is DM for my first session in years. His 2nd time DMing. He decides to introduce my Paladin getting chased by 3 Ogres and a rock monster through the woods. Letting players roll for these monster they double NAT 20 me to hit. I'm unconscious halfway through round 1

Been playing Cyberpunk Red lately and in our last combat I COULD NOT hit my opponents. I got crit a couple times and then when I FINALLY land a hit on this guy, I rolled my 3d6 for damage. I rolled entirely 1’s. It wasn’t even enough to eat through the armor and deal damage. We calced the odds just to see how likely it was, I think it came out to a 1/216 chance I’d roll that damage. I only survived that combat because the med tech was there too, the cryo pack is truly a godsend of an item
