double blobs for low-energy days 😣🫟 ART SUPPLIES USED: - Canson mixed media paper - Liquitex black acrylic marker - Arrtx brush tip acrylic markers - Uniball Signo gel pens I’m traveling in Ireland for work and haven’t shaken the jet lag quite yet - I did a bunch of 5-10 minute sessions on this blob over a couple days (if I tried to sit and meditate, I’d just fall asleep, so this is how I’ve been recharging during the day!) Other reasons to blob: I often talk about shifting from overthinking to flow state in art meditation - sometimes I also use it as an intentional way to move from annoyance/frustration to self-reflection. OR as a way to lighten up and have more fun! (Btw when we shift our state in Art Meditation, it’s not necessarily to “fix” anything, but as a way to be present, practice awareness, and self-reflect) We are creative creatures with a wide range of feels; try sitting with yourself in creative meditation even when you don’t feel like it! #artmeditation #mindfulart #coloringtherapy #zendoodle #meditativeart
