he wasn't in the street and she was in her lane and didn't cross the double yellow he was on a side street and I wouldn't consider her driving down the road fleeing especially since he wasn't in a car didn't have a radar gun and didn't have lights on and he can't say she was speeding bc he doesn't know and she might not have even seen him tell her to stop and she didn't rapidly accelerate
