Paul and Matthew are not disagreeing. They are describing the same reality from two different angles. The law remains in its spiritual meaning and eternal moral substance, which is exactly what Jesus affirms in Matthew 5:18. Christ is the end of the law as a system of external legal compliance for earning righteousness before God, which is exactly what Paul affirms in Romans 10:4. These are not contradictions. They are two dimensions of one truth.

In Matthew, Christ pointed to the moral law as permanent. Paul referred to the Jewish ceremonial laws. So no going against.

Jesus spoke the words in Matthew, so actually go read it and second Christ, through his life and death, provided the perfect righteousness that humans could not achieve on their own

That is not what Jesus said. He said that His word would be fulfilled and heaven and earth would not pass away until it was fulfilled

these two verses don't contradict each other if you read them in their context, but if you lift up each verse from its meaning, you are creating yourself a contradiction, not us

Matthew 5:18 says the Law will not pass away until it is fulfilled. Romans 10:4 says Christ is the end, or goal, of the Law for righteousness to everyone who believes. Jesus fulfilled the Law perfectly, so believers are no longer justified by the Mosaic Law but by Christ. Paul is not contradicting Jesus. He is explaining the result of Jesus fulfilling the Law. ✝️

Christ is the aim of the law, that is the meaning. Law aims at Christ, the goal, law is to that end/aim/goal.

The Bible claims the world was created in six days. Even if we assume those 'days' weren't 24 hours and actually represented millions of years, the logic still fails. On Day 3, plants and trees were created, but the sun and stars weren't created until Day 4. If those days lasted millions of years, every plant would have died without photosynthesis long before the sun existed. On the other hand, if they were regular 24-hour days, the story is 'taken down' by physical evidence: dinosaur fossils and fossil fuels both require millions of years to form. Whether you look at the stars or the soil, the physical world simply doesn't match the script.
