my 4 month and 14 month both sleep from 6pm and go straight to sleep, until 9am from ages 3 months. I have a strict bed time routine they stick to. I do not allow them to use or watch any device like TV or phone or console. Never introduce them to them and never will.

I stop everything I'm doing at night 7:45 I put both my kids in bed I'll lay with them for 30mins... my 8:30 they are both asleep and I can carry on with what I need to do by 10pm we are in bed and settled in
