19 years with eczema. I use a sugar scrub in the shower/bath and use the CeraVe daily moisturizing lotion after!!!

I have tried everything, the only thing that has worked for me is the combination of cetaphil cleanser, e45 moisturiser and then a layer of vaseline petroleum jelly. In that order.
