I’ve struggled with anxiety since I was probably about 6 years old and I’m turning 16 this year! I struggled with social anxiety and just anxiety plane. I didn’t want to go to an nba game because I was SCARED of having anxiety! But like he said all around the Bible it says do not be afraid. So I went and didn’t even worry for a second. And God has blessed me in so many ways to where I don’t hardly ever worry anymore! God bless and amen
