I had a really disappointing experience with Ticketmaster. I bought tickets months in advance for an event that meant a lot to me—it was even a birthday gift to myself. I planned everything around it, took time off work, traveled 6 hours, and paid for accommodations. When I arrived on the original date, I was told the event had already taken place due to a schedule change. I was never properly informed in a way that allowed me to adjust my plans, and I ended up missing the event completely. What’s even more frustrating is that despite explaining the situation multiple times, Ticketmaster keeps pointing to the Event Organizer’s policy and refusing to take responsibility or offer a refund—even though I purchased directly through their platform. This situation didn’t just affect me, but others as well, which makes it even more concerning. I trusted Ticketmaster, spent my time and money, and ended up with nothing. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I hope they start taking better responsibility for situations like this.
