ONLY use Mass Airflow Sensor cleaner... do not scrub the sensor with anything... just spray it to clean.

use electrical or MAF cleaner not detergent. It has delocate sensor. detergwnt will damage ir.

Okay so story time, I just checked mine because I've been having simlilar problems on my pickup. I checked it, it looked brand, spotless, new so I started putting it back together. I got one screw in and went to put the second one in and it fell down. I heard two metal tings and then nothing. so I searched around, it didn't hit the ground so it was somewhere up in the vehicle. Finally found it up behind the raidiator and went to put the screw back.... and found out my mass airflow hose wasn't hooked up. The circular clamp was not tightened! I'm not good at story telling but I may have found the solution to my problem 😅
