This is totally a thing! Your body knows! I once dated a guy that I didn’t like his natural smell. Not that he didn’t smell good! He did. But it was like a pheromone thing. Anyone else had that? Apparently there’s real science / data behind that!

Yes I’ve noticed this - If I can’t actually relax and sleep well with someone, I know it’s a red flag. If we fall asleep easily and fit with each other through the night, it’s a green flag.

Something I love about this insight, or more the way you’re describing it, is that it acknowledges that two people can be a threat to one another at the same time. So many times when people are compatible, they talk about the other person being toxic but sometimes it really just is a bad match and there is no one villain and one saint
