I had a 2024 Honda CRV hybrid that I purchased new. My car was re-possessed after I lost my job. It’s not a personal failure. I had 5% interest rate. I agree with you!

I had mine voluntary due to it being the 2nd transmission in 2 years… it was a lemon. And similar interest rate. Thankfully, I have a partner now who leased a car for me. I filed chapter 7. It’s worth looking into if you want the car back for fair market value
