Any medical equipment including medications can go in a separate bag at no charge. Those medication bottles are bulky. This also includes items like cpap, glucose monitor, blood pressure cuff …. Etc. rage it medical equipment. They may look in it but not always.

Get compression packing cubes. The vacuum bags don’t lay flat. Gomez and bagsmart has a great selection

The rolling method works the best to me when packing personal items because your bag is a puzzle . Sample size / tube make up only. Plastic baggies labeled instead of medicine containers . Etc . Dresses and swimsuits are your outfits

No ma’am. That particular bag is definitely not personal item friendly if you have a lot of stuff in it. Although it would probably fit under the seat, they watch you put it in and it has to easily slide in and out. Sometimes you can get away with it but they are super anal sometimes.
