@runthisshit8: On July 23, 2018, a Quad City Challenger was involved in an accident during landing at Oshkosh, Wisconsin. While turning from base to final, the pilot made a wide turn and became uncertain of the runway alignment. Despite adding power, the airplane entered a descending left turn and the left wing contacted the ground near the runway threshold. The aircraft then spun and slid into a fence, sustaining substantial damage. Investigation found no mechanical issues. The accident was attributed to the pilot’s failure to maintain adequate airspeed during the turn, resulting in an aerodynamic stall. The pilot was not injured.
