To be clear, “literally” primarily means exactly true, or without exaggeration. However, in modern English, it is also accepted in "informal usage" as an intensifier for emphasis, and this is recognized by most dictionaries, including the Oxford English Dictionary. That said, using it like “This is literally the most heaviest thing in the world” is incorrect English, not because of “literally,” but because “most heaviest” is a grammatical error. For example, “This is literally the heaviest thing in the world” is correct in "informal usage", where “literally” is used for emphasis.

You’re the one wrong here….everyone is entitled to their judgement….if I say my phone is literally the most heaviest thing in the world….I’m right because that’s my judgement…

let's be guided if "literally" is also "actually" which are called pleonasm then you "clearly" use all of these words when referring to something exactly and not similarly ....period

The word “literally” isn’t wrong here. In modern English, it’s often used informally for emphasis, and that usage is recognized by dictionaries like the Oxford English Dictionary However the sentence is wrong bcz you don’t double comparative forms in a sentence (most and heaviest). This is literally the heaviest thing in the world is correct

There’s a concept called “THE FLEXIBILITY OF THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE” though. Where a word is taken out of its original habitat and employed in other context to aid meaning.
