I ve been through it’s exactly how you describe it… the most enjoyable time of the day was the time i was eating and thinking about it especially food that I loved eating like deserts and ice cream literally i was eating a huge family bucket in two days. Also eating without being hungry and going to bed with thinking that tom i will not do it i will try to control myself.

it's the for craving texture for meeee. Even when I’m totally full and my body doesn’t need any more food, I still want to eat. It’s like my mouth feels like it’s lacking something, and I just need that feeling and sensation of having food there to satisfy it.

u r craving a dopamine hit and food is a sure secure way to get it,what helped me is doing more activities stuff to bring up my mood whether it's a hobby that u enjoy or hanging out with friends doing little things,little accomplishments u will forget Abt food cuz ur day is too interesting ofvrs until u get genuinely hungry then def eat what u desire and nourish ur body

I can't help it. I grew up almost everyday not knowing if I would eat so if I see food I eat as much as I can because I'm scared I won't eat the next day. that's what growing up in a non supportive family does.
