They were both then transported to the Polk county jail where the woman was booked and charged with 2 counts of interference with official acts, Assault on a police officer, and remove radio from officer. The man was charged with public intoxication, CRIMINAL MISCHIEF 5TH DEGREE, and HARASSMENT - 1ST DEGREE.
