The only thing that it's not entirely true it's the cappuccino! I'm Italian, born and raised! you can have a cappuccino in the afternoon with your snack ( cake, biscuits). you can't have with your lunch, this is forbidden!

let’s clarify the CAPPUCCINO RULE: It’s no illegal drink it after 12pm, it’s just a bit strange for us Italians. We think as the milk as something for breakfast, it’s for this we never drink it after that, and also ‘cause milk with lunch or dinner sucks a bit, it doesn’t match. But i mean u can ask for it if u want it, do whatever u want guys 😭
