"i don't get how this is an issue" the majority of his work was either not shown at all or shown incredibly blurry in the background. if you worked for hours of your life on something, just for it to be given little to no attention, how would you feel?

"I dont get how this is an issue" "hes payed well he probably doesnt care" animation is clearly his passion. even if you are paid you will obviously feel down because every time you spend hours working on something it is covered up. the last one is especially ridiculous because why on earth would a company think it is a good idea to completely pan away an entire animated sequence. not only is it a waste of time and effort but it would make anyone feel as if their work isnt worth to be shown
