as an ex hospitality worker that worked in a hotel used by celebs and production company's when visiting the town, I can say David Walliams is in the top 5 of rudest celebs I have served. one of the nicest is Freddie Flintoff

I can't really say if he's a good man or not. But he was behind me in a queue at the London o2 Arena and I said to my then 8year old son, "Omg that's David Walliams from BGT and Little Britain" and my son says really loudly "I don't care, he's not even funny" and the look on David's face. Was an awkward queue for sure 😂

I met him at a fan signing as a kid and I just remember he was dismissive. His illustrator was lovely though and wrote me a personal note!

I got through the first 3 minutes of this and completely agree everything you said, my dad used to work at the Lowry in Manchester years ago and has said exactly the same thing about that man, whilst recording BGT auditions there, he had no respect for the crew, or other workers, just horrible to everyone, a couple of people quit because of him. Simon cowell on the other hand was very polite, very respectful, made time to have a conversation with crew members, just an all round nice guy

I used to work as a bookseller and at events with Harper Collins present his conduct was openly discussed - there is definitely a lot more to come out. There are layers of NDA’s around this man.
