My baby is almost 10 months and slowly eats puffs but mostly wants to just look at pieces of food in her hand. She does very well with purées, feeders, and large strips she can eat. Do they just start getting into idea of pieces eventually?

This might be a dumb question, but my baby is 9 months and has no teeth. She really can’t have anything but purées into her teeth come in, right? I mean she loves puffs and wafers that melt but I’m scared she will choke with no teeth
