I need helpppp I want my hair to get healthier so I’m starting an after shower routine!!! Do I just put leave in conditioner in my hair and that’s it??? cause I wanted to use an amika frizz treatment, cause it had heat protection in it. Can I do both

It was just ok. I prefer Hawaiian Silky leave in which I use in a spray bottle with water added. The Loreal one had too strong of a scent. Reminds me of men's deodorant or that cheap Power Stick leave in you can find at Dollar Tree.
