@bella_does_editing: Surprise…! This is the project I’ve been working on as an editorial trainee for the last 9 months. It comes out today on @NetflixUK I’m so proud to be part of this team. If you’d told runner me 2 years ago I’d get the chance to work on something like this, I would’ve never believed you. It’s my first feature credit and hopefully not my last. Thank you to my two 2nd AEs for putting up with my singing/brain rot memes and for being so patient while I learned. Huge thank you to the VFX AE for the great industry advice and useful lessons on emulsifiers. My Icelandic editor and 1st AE, who are brothers in real life, were such genuine people and always made time for me, answering questions and even teaching me Icelandic. I also feel really lucky to have worked with such lovely post producers, two genuinely kind people, and runners who were always there to help me and have good chats. Wishing them all the best on their journey into the industry. Seeing the editor and 1st AE’s work come together in the edit was so inspiring and something I really look up to. And being part of this in general, I learnt so much. Even after watching the film so many times, I never got bored. It’s genuinely so good and all the actors are incredible. If you stay for the credits near the end, you’ll see my name 👀 I’m so grateful to everyone who supported me along the way. It really means a lot. I feel very lucky to have been part of this one. Go watch it 🎬 #Netflix #Apex2026 #behindthescenes
