I had MOHS surgery a month ago on my face and my dermatologist told me to use Silagen. Silagen is a silicone that will flatten the scar and help with redness and minimize the scar. I bought mine at my dermatologist office.

I've had a spot on my forehead for nearly a year that looks just like the spot on your cheek. one of your videos popped up on my fyp this week and I immediately called and got a dermatology appt for Tuesday. thank you for sharing your journey! had it not seen your video I probably would have continued to dismiss it.

I have a biopsy set for next month. I have a super tiny spot that isn't red, but it has what looks like two black dots under the skin. The spot looks shiny up close, so my derm wants to know if it's basal cell or not. I've had basal cell three times, 2 on my right chest and 1 by my ear. Strangely, all of them have been on my right side.

Definitely ask your doctor when you can start a scar product. If you start it too soon it can cause problems with the initial healing you need.

Squamous cancer spot on my back. Just was treated 2 weeks ago. Similar spot on my forehead which the Derm said was Keratosis. So you definitely have to have all your spots double checked.

I had 2 spots on my forehead and one by my ear. I had the removal done and then 2 months later did blue light therapy. I get checked out yearly and any spots I find I get checked. hope it goes well.
