I have that same rice cooker at home! I don't usually buy single use toys, but it's so nice to set it and not have to worry about it! Practically every Chef I know has a rice cookier!

I also add lime zest, and be sure to use stems and leaves of cilantro because that’s where all the flavor is, it really gives it the restaurant vibe and actually much more!
