This healthy Nashville Hot Chicken salad is the perfect high protein, low carb lunch to meal prep for the week!🤠 I love it with chips & veggies but you can also add it to a wrap or salad for an easy lunch 🙌 The full recipe is below or on my website linked in bio ✨🥰 Ingredients: -12 oz boneless skinless chicken breast -1 stalk green onion - 1 stalk celery -1/2 cup plain whole milk greek yogurt -1 tbsp avocado oil mayo - 2 tbsp hot sauce - 1/2 tbsp honey - 1/2 tsp paprika - 1/2 tsp garlic powder - 1/2 tsp onion powder - 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper - 1/4 tsp salt - 1/8 tsp black pepper Instructions: - Finely shred the chicken using two forks or an electric mixer. Finely dice the green onion and celery. -Add all of the ingredients to a mixing bowl. Stir until well combined. You can adjust the amount of hot sauce, cayenne pepper and salt according to your taste preferences. - Store in the fridge in an airtight container.
