Of course Sir Alex would be able to adapt, I know they are saying the players are soft today, but Alex definitely worked with soft players and treated them differently to the players that could take a shouting at. Look at Paul Scholes he spoke to him differently then he did to Nicky Butt 😂 because he knew Butty could take it where as Paul Scholes probably struggled with that kind of confrontation. Sir Alex was a master at Man-management which is probably his strongest asset as a manager. He without doubt would still be a force to be reckoned with in today's game!

Yep, not just different eras. He also built 4 title winning teams. Few good managers these days manage one transition..klop, good manager but never managed transition; pep, is trying but finding it tough

I think the greatest asset top managers or coaches as they are now, all have tremendous ability to instill motivation and winning mentality. Anyone can pick a team from talented squads but not all can have them truly motivated to win every week, week in and out.

He wouldnt relinquish control of the club to allow these soft players to play for united. He’d have the players he wanted so he wouldnt need to adapt as much. He’d have a problem with the rules and refs/var though
