Turn off Geotagging in your camera settings. There's absolutely no reason for it unless you're documenting emergencies or don'tcare about digital footprints. Also make sure to check what permissions you're allowing to each and every app on your device. Some apps require location like online banking for fraud prevention, but always good to tap the option "Allow this time" or "Always ask"

in addition to the metadata embedded by the camera app, your phone's camera sensor may also leave its unique fingerprint but the increased use of signal processing and AI may have accidentally partially eliminated this issue.

Fun fact, if you try it from a picture copied from a social media site it doesn’t work. This technique I’ve used for ages. Very old.
