@leannetenbrinke: Power doesn’t corrupt. It reveals. If morality is central to someone’s identity, power amplifies responsibility. If it isn’t, power amplifies selfishness. I go deeper into this in Poisonous People. Link in bio!
can we know who's the artist who painted the cool skeleton?

Some people change basis of their morality, if the most deserving power doesn't come! and what if change in moral standards even negative, brings power?

You've right; person doesn't change, just loses inhibitions. Whatever personality traits (no matter how suppresed or hidden) person has will just be amplified and reveal themselves. There is an old saying in my country that roughly translated sounds like this: "give power to a man and you will see what kind of person he is"

I have learned that toxic people now will say they have morals and empathy... So, more than just ask, test them for attitudes. For example, a person says they love to help people, but a real troubled person reaches them, they find a way to justify why they won't help them. "You.are negative vibe" and walk away. Saying they like to help, is easy. Actually understanding that people who need help are "negative energy", more difficult to fake.

Exactly! Which is why anyone who voted for Donald Trump, shouldn't be surprised by his behavior.

Mmmk—but now you have Palantir out here saying they have a moral obligation to the United States. They’re weaponizing the presentation as cover for the opposite.
