Hey Emily! I was diagnosed with this same cancer in November 2025 in my submandibular gland. I’ve had surgery and radiation, but unfortunately, just found out it metastasized to my lungs. I’ve heard that chemo is not effective against this type of cancer. Have you heard of any successful treatments? I’m going for a second opinion in the next week or two to figure out a treatment plan. Praying for healing! 🙏🏻❤️

Emily, You were my inspiration for my own parotid tumor journey. I still struggle with the surgery side effects every day, but I always think of you and your incredible strength and bravery. You were so kind to make time for me, a total stranger, and I know you will help so many more as you share your journey kicking this cancer to the curb.
