i only have an extremely basic knowledge of some basic concepts in arabic. but i believe (correct me if i’m wrong) that “-i” can also be like “my”? so, i wonder if this is similar to the difference between “oh god” and “oh my god” in english. as in, they mean the same and are used the same, but one just has “my” attached. or does “-i” not mean “my” at all here?

In classical arabic we must say allahi when the word Allah is preceded by one og the letters : wa, wallahi, ta, tallahi and bi, billahi. Just grammar rule. Hourouf alqassam, for serment. Excuse my english.

how I was taught the difference between those two is that Walahi has more feelings for it when saying it. like one day do I want to get married, wala I do. do I like Trump and his administration? Walahi I don't.
