I have high cortisol and also perimenopause. And also the medication I take. And I don't have a high A1C and My cholesterol is completely normal. My doctor and I decided on a GLP and that has helped significantly. And I'm not trying to get super skinny I just want my stomach to go down. having high cortisol and insulin resistance is not a fun situation.
