From a florist: hire an experienced wedding florist - not a delivery/shop/brand etc florist. Running timeline and logistics for a wedding is much different than just making pretty arrangements. Also, if someone’s quote is far less than the rest, red flag. They may be doing it as a hobby or side hustle or be charging less than market standard to make up for lack of wedding experience.
