@barefoodtim: steak sandwich with fries + horseradish aioli ⤵️ for the sandwich: 1 lb skirt steak, seasoned hard with salt + pepper focaccia, halved and toasted 2 russet potatoes, cut into matchsticks, blanched then fried 1 cup arugula or other greens 2 oz parmesan, grated over the top horseradish sauce: 1/4 cup sour cream 1/4 cup mayonnaise 1 tbsp horseradish 1 tsp lemon juice 1 garlic clove, grated dill + chives 1. season steak with salt and pepper, sear hard for two minutes on each side. rest for 10 minutes. 2. rinse cut potatoes in ice water and fry at 350F until fried. 3. mix sauce ingredients. 4. assemble - just do what i did in the video maybe #sandwich #cooking #lunch
