I was just supposed to put away the laundry I finished washing 3 days ago but I ended up cleaning out my closet and now I've got shoes laying in the middle of my floor and folded laundry on my bed while doom scrolling 😭

I don't have diagnosed adhd but I think I might have it and for me it's all or nothing. Some times I can ligit clean my whole entire bedroom at 12 am but other times I procrastinate everything and cba 😭

See I don’t clean with a plan I clean with movement, if im going somewhere to grab something and I notice a different mess I’ll get start on that and flow around till I either think I’m done or I’m actually done
